LockGrip is designed for players who demand reliable traction and control on the court. We stand behind the quality of our product and are committed to ensuring every customer has a great experience.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our team and we will work with you to resolve it.

All refund or return requests must be submitted by email to sales@lockgrip.com.au.

Returns & Return Authorisation

To request a return, you must contact sales@lockgrip.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your email must include:

– Full name
– Order number
– Description of the issue
– Photos of the product if damaged or defective

All returns must be authorised by LockGrip before being sent back.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

– The product must be unused and in original condition
– The product must be in its original packaging
– Proof of purchase must be provided

Due to hygiene and performance standards, opened or used products cannot be returned unless confirmed to be faulty.

Returns may be refused if the product shows signs of:

– Use beyond normal testing
– Misuse or incorrect application
– Damage caused after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact sales@lockgrip.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photos of:

– The product
– Packaging
– Shipping label (if visible)

Once reviewed, LockGrip may provide one of the following at our discretion:

– Replacement product
– Store credit
– Refund

Performance Support

Before approving a return, our team may first provide product guidance or troubleshooting to ensure LockGrip is being used correctly.

Many performance issues can be resolved quickly with proper application.

Refund Approval

All returned items are inspected once received.

If the return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified faulty or incorrect item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

LockGrip recommends using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are confirmed to be defective or damaged.
